For our second milking from the blackened bleeding Install nipple, we present another debut album, this time from Berber Ox. Mr. Ox is from Australia, and beyond that we do not know very much about him, other than the fact that he has spent some time now absorbing our Install stock and has subsequently fashioned this album just for us. Berber Ox translates his own language in the form of gusty, humid walls of atmospheric noise. Room acoustics trail lightly after various organic burbles and groans, and even after an extremely strange 78 minute trip, we're still not sure what we heard...and that's what makes Berber Ox so damn good. You haven't heard a record this weird since we put out The Gland Canyon by Horaflora. Get your pillows ready, and maybe even your blankets and beds - this one is a slow burner.
